With over 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy, Tanesha Wheeler brings unparalleled leadership expertise to the development of C-Suite level Executive Assistants and frontline leaders across all levels. She led professional development initiatives that trained more than 300,000 Sailors and officers across global commands; an achievement that reflects her deep commitment to operational excellence and human potential.

Her role as a Professional Development Pillar Champion spanned Surface, Aviation, and Medical communities, where she designed and implemented leadership frameworks that strengthened team cohesion, elevated performance, and cultivated mission-ready leaders. Tanesha’s strategic influence shaped leadership culture across diverse operational environments, preparing individuals to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Now, as Founder and CEO of Executive Edge LLC, she channels her military-honed expertise into empowering organizations to build strong leadership foundations from the ground up.
